    When I create new issues - I am not able to view them in zendesk.  I get a "not authorized" exception.

    I am also not able to see my open ticket. I click on the “View Ticket” link in my email, I am taken to a page that is “not found”. 

    Where can I see a list of my issues and how can I see my open issue?
