    I have been chasing these guys for YEARS! If you send a "new sales enquiry" they respond and are happy to take your money but they ignore existing customers! Every so often then delete all the messages/complaints left here. Terrible, Terrible company. Ive moved on to aMember and its a far superior product. harder to install and config but support is very helpful. Sorry I didn't have more positive news about these guys but this plugin is long since dead :(

    That's bad news for me. I've got 5 clients' sites running it. Multisite licence coming up for renewal at the end of this month. Maybe I'm going to have to not renew it.

    Yeah its been an absolute nightmare for me, I have a network of 24 sites running it that have all gradually stopped functioning correctly. No support from these guys, No help, no updates, no correspondence. Its been pretty catastrophic for my business in all honesty.

    I've been waiting 36 days and NO support!! My plugin hasn't worked for months and I can't run my business without it. I'm messaging them to advise that I am giving them 7 days to assist me, otherwise I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

    Good luck. People need to stop using this product. There are still websites that promote this plugin. What an outrage.

    No support , no answer to my request since december 19th .... will change to another plugin . STOP USING IT

    I PAID FOR AN UNLIMITED LICENSE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND I CANNOT INSTALL ON MORE THAN ONE SITE.

    MULTIPLE INQUIRIES HAVE BEEN MADE WITH NO RESPONSE.

    IF WE DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED IN 24 HOURS I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO HAVE OUR FUNDS RETURNED.
